Returns & Exchange
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order will be processed and can no longer be canceled. - If you wish to cancel your order within this time frame, please contact our support team by phone at (406) 219-6505 or email at support@caseles.com
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your cancellation or return is approved.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International orders (include US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
- Email us (support@caseles.com) with your tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on working days usually within 72 hours.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 60 days of the order date
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International orders (include US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
- An order can only be exchanged once
COUPON CODES
- If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
- Only one code can be used on a purchase
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped
