Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

*Note: After 24 hours, orders move to our workshop for processing and cannot be canceled.
60-Day Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- To start a return: Email support@caseles.com with your tracking number and a photo of the item. We’ll confirm your request within 72 hours (working days).
- Refunds appear on your account within 3–5 business days after approval.
- *Final Sale items and original shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders (including Canada) do not receive prepaid labels.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We process exchanges within 2-3 business days of receiving your item. One exchange per order allowed.
Coupon Codes
Forgot your code? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Only one code per purchase. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after shipping.
